HuaSheng supplied metal bus shelters for Doha, Qatar. The shelters combine shade, cooling and advertising light boxes for Middle Eastern heat. The Government of Qatar appears in HuaSheng's client references. Other regional references include Riyadh, Dammam and Mecca. Overseas projects also include Oman, Nepal, New Zealand, Korea and Romania.

Gulf public transport buyers need shelters that remain safe and serviceable in severe outdoor conditions. Climate & environment requirements
Doha's climate shapes the shelter requirements. Summers bring extreme heat and strong sunlight. Coastal air is humid and salty. Wind-blown sand and dust can damage exposed surfaces. These conditions create the following design requirements:

Materials & engineering approach
HuaSheng's Gulf shelter system uses galvanized steel, 304/201 stainless steel or aluminum structures. Glazing and canopy options include tempered glass, polycarbonate and metal. Powder coating or electrophoresis protects surfaces. The Doha design emphasizes shade, ventilation, prefabrication and integrated advertising light boxes. Modular units connect with bolts, and parts are grouped by assembly sequence. Factory-built structures can travel flat-packed for local assembly in Qatar.
Manufacturing & quality process
HuaSheng's 120,000 m² plant has five workshops, 297 precision machines and more than 600 production staff. Eight steps cover drawing review, incoming inspection, cutting and forming, welding, surface treatment, assembly, final inspection and container loading. Surface treatment includes pretreatment, electrophoresis, powder coating and baking. Assembly includes electrical and light-box tests. ISO 9001 and DMAIC control support incoming, first-part, production and final inspections. HuaSheng holds bus shelter design and structural utility patents.
Delivery & outcome
HuaSheng delivered the Doha shelters in the 2010s. They form part of its overseas transport work developed since 2014. Export delivery included protective sea-freight packaging and container loading plans. Assembly drawings and remote support helped local installers. The project records shelters with shade, cooling and integrated light boxes for Middle Eastern heat.
