DMAIC quality control
- Define — Give specifications, customer expectations and acceptance criteria.
- Measure — Examine incoming materials. Examine the first part. Record data during production.
- Analyze — Find the causes of defects. Issue a corrective action request.
- Improve — Improve the process. Control rework to prevent repeated defects.
- Control — Examine products during production. Complete final inspection. Make sure that the results meet specifications before storage.

- Bus shelter design patents — HuaSheng was among the first companies in China to hold modern bus shelter design patents.
- Structural utility patents — We hold utility patents for structures, light boxes and connectors.
- Approved IKEA supplier — HuaSheng is a long-term approved supplier under IKEA's global compliance audit.
