- Hardware fabrication — Laser cutting, CNC shearing and punching, bending, slotting, water jet. Forming cold-rolled steel, stainless, aluminium and galvanised plate.
- Riveting & welding — Robotic auto-welding paired with skilled manual welding. For both structural and visible parts.
- Surface treatment — Digital automatic spray line — pre-treatment, electrophoresis, powder coating, baking.
- Clean assembly — Final assembly, electrical and accessory integration, pre-shipment quality check in a clean environment.
- Loading & dispatch — Totem-style container loading to maximise utilisation, plus overseas installation guidance.
